United StatesVery beautiful colors. Lovely little array of colors and finishes and effects. The holo is so rainbowy! They are all very sparkly and shimmery. The color And pigmentation in these polishes is breathtaking at first. They know how to make those colors stand out. Personally, I prefer a much thinner less goopy and sheer texture, some can be a bit tricky to work with, but thzt is also pzrt preference. Also, if you have the proper polish thinner, it almost always fixes this situation each use. I find the newer polishes are starting to improve a bit in this respect. Beautiful bright polish! Great starter set to see variety Mooncat has on offer. Very fun set!
