application: used alone, this lacquer will have a textured finish when dry. we recommend topping it off with our MATTE MADE IN HELL or SPEED DEMON TOP COAT for a silky smooth, long-lasting finish.


storage: think of mooncat nail lacquers like vampires: they feel most at home in cool, dark places. store them accordingly to keep them looking and applying their best. lacquer exposed to too much heat or sunlight may change in color or consistency over time...and just have generally bad vibes.

so different under every light source

really pretty but just a bit too sheer for my liking. I don’t like to see the nail line. very long lasting polish.

Witchy and Stunning!

I literally love this polish so much! First off, it doesn't smell super nail polishy like a lot of other polishes do! And secondly, THE COLORS AND SPARKLE! ✨ The flecks remind me of dull, multicolor embers in a fire pit with a dark background. It makes you feel so witchy and pretty! ✨ If you're feeling unsure about this one, let this be your sign to try it out! It looks especially stunning in the light with the speed demon top coat! ( The top coat took about 15-20 minutes to set and not be sticky, and around an hour to fully harden and dry for me!)�

Not as vibrant as shown

This was pretty in very good light but otherwise just kinda looked muddy. Did stay on fairly well paired with the top coat compared to some other nail polishes I've used so that was a plus! Will try other colors!

They chip

They're gorgeous but so far, they've all chipped after a couple days. I do base coat, primer, top coat. Chip. The shimmery ones have also been really thick and kinda hard to work with so I've had to add acetone to most of them. It would be the next day so very much dry and I would open something for my kid and I could see where the coat shifted under pressure.
