Surprisingly sturdy without a top coat!
It worried me to not put a top coat on my manicure but I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised! This matte polish stays truly matte so much longer than my matte top coat does. The polish is wearing off a bit from my tips three days later, but I'm happy that there are no major chips! You do have to be very careful to let these dry for a long time. Even a couple hours after applying, one bump can put an unsightly dent in it. The purple shines through in a really fun way. I loved wearing this on the longest nights of the year. It's super witchy and mysterious. So fun!
