application: a real smooth operator. while this creamy lacquer may dry smooth on its own,  we still recommend applying our MATTE MADE IN HELL or SPEED DEMON TOP COAT for a long-lasting finish.


storage: think of mooncat nail lacquers like vampires. they feel most at home in cool, dark places. store them accordingly to keep them looking and applying their best. lacquer exposed to too much heat or sunlight may change in color or consistency over time...and just have generally bad vibes.

Beautiful color

Such a beautiful blue green color and I just love the shimmer it gives in the sunlight.

Underrated color!

I am so glad I grabbed this when I saw it was being discontinued! The color during the day is a pretty seafoam, but at night under my LED bulbs it has a rose gold shimmer. It looks like a sunrise over the waves and it's just lovely. So far I've had this polish on with no base or top coat, no nail prep for three days and I've scrubbed dishes by hand, groomed the dog, and just generally been hard on my hands with no chips to be seen (and I can't get OPI or ORLY to last 24 hours when I do everything "right"). Mooncat is the real deal.

So many compliments!

This is absolutely gorgeous! Changes color depending whether I’m in the sun or shade. I received so many compliments and people asking me where I got the nail polish. Even my nail tech loved it and showed it to her coworkers.

BRING HER BACK

I LOOOOOVE ocean lies, one of my fave colors Mooncat has ever released and I’m so sad I didn’t get a backup before it got discontinued! Mermaid Bait’s sister deserves a comeback someday, keeping my fingers crossed!

Stunning

Stunning color which unfortunately I only found out about after it had been discontinued. Luckily I found it on a destash and immediately got it without giving any second thought and it did not disappoint. I hope they bring some variation of it back.
