DIRECTIONS: ensure nails are completely dry. carefully peel a sticker from the sheet with tweezers. place it onto your nail + gently press it down with your finger to smooth + secure it. seal in your look with SPEED DEMON TOP COAT. to activate glow effect, hold glow-in-the-dark stickers in direct light for ~30 seconds.
